Scheduling and Cancellation Policies
DFW Aesthetics makes every effort to ensure that appointments are scheduled and completed in an efficient manner. A member of the DFW Aesthetics staff will contact you on the business day prior to your appointment to confirm the details. Please be advised that on the day of your procedure it may be requested that you come in to your appointment earlier, or later depending on the schedule. As many of our patients come in from out of state, they may add or remove areas affecting the allotted time.
Our office requires a $1,000 non-refundable deposit be made in order to reserve your procedure date. Deposits made lock you into current pricing for 3 months.
If you cancel your procedure any time after your procedure date has been reserved and/or deposit has been made, a minimum of $500 administrative and consultation, non-refundable fee will apply.
The entire remaining balance after the deposit is placed will be collected at least 8 business days prior. If the balance is unpaid you will be removed from the schedule and a $500 administrative and consultation, non-refundable fee will apply.
Cancellations
- $100 No-Show Fee
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your procedure will be charged a $50 Cancellation Fee
Patients who are cancelled by DFW Aesthetics physicians, practitioners, or staff (or any other providing physicians) for medical reasons will be rescheduled without financial penalty upon providing medical documentation.
Late Policy
In the event that you are 25 minutes or more late for your appointment, DFW Aesthetics reserves the right to enforce any of the following options:
- Reschedule your appointment for another day, requiring a $500.00 rescheduling fee.
- Move your appointment to later in the day if our schedule allows for another appointment.
***If your delayed procedure requires our office to be open after hours and overtime for our employees, you may be subject to additional fees.***
Medical Clearance
Estimates and quotes on this website are dependent on a patient being a good, healthy candidate for body sculpture. Additional testing may be required before a patient can have any procedure. If, for any reason, you are found to not be a safe candidate for body sculpture, then DFW Aesthetics will refund your payment in full.
